everything was great, amazing location really close to nightlife and shopping and largely public beaches and private condos, very pleasant staff. overall it was spotless and updated with view. loved standard decor, plus a well-stocked mini bar, a balcony, and a coffeemaker were at a high level.

It was a charming small and lovely welcoming hotel for a trip to Cancun. We stayed in a neat room, which had a view of the sea. That property was in a stunning location, down the beach from the Grand Park Royal. Dined at Cocay, it was at a short distance from the venue.
Facilities were amazing, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Had really amazing experience, overall beautifully appointed place.
I was there for 7 nights and ate at à la carte restaurant for breakfast. It opened onto the sea. It was in a beachfront location, next to the steak house.

The views were amazing and the staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Authentic, tasty meals and smaller portion sizes were no problem. The deluxe ocean view room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The beach was not overcrowded, with clear turquoise water and white sand. A butler made our stay easier. The pool was great and the food exceeded our expectations, with different themes every day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and easy to find.
